JAG Maintains an office, studio and workshop at the 1020 Building, an emerging artist community near Downtown Seattle.

The 1020 Building, located in the SODO District of Seattle, houses workspaces for a variety of artists and crafts people with a wide range of creative disciplines.

Since arriving at the 1020 Building in May of 2003, JAG has taken an active role in nurturing the building community through the organization of open house events to coincide with the Seattle Artwalk and the development of the 1020 First Website.

JAG understands the importance of "Place" and has worked hard to develop a strong relationship with the buildings landlord, and an open collaboration among the various creative tenants in the building. JAG has worked closely with -O- Design Studio, and other tenants to host successful open house events and develop relationships with other artists working in the neighborhood, including groups like Ouch My Eye from the Bemis Building.
